A Prayer For A Far Cry From
Foolishness
Pray for resolutions to be shut
away
from the wrong half of hope.
For behind those doors are where
ghastly foes may live.
Give blessings to a vitality of
enrichment blooming,
revitalizing never declared stories
in memory,
with nothing forgotten.
The old beau geste,
its noble yet futile gestures
having been revised into a
courageous beat of truth.
Use of acumen reminds us that time
must birth
a more eloquent way of thinking,
hearts awakened by gratitude.
Bedlam and berserk,
uncovered, discarded,
no more absorption
of the irrational rumors spread by
those on stage.
A burgeoning sound,
traced from here to there,
heard, felt, developed so each
season may shine.
From stone weapons to computer
analysis
we grow tall,
but only if analysis is solely
used
to help others’ hearts.
