Two
Crescents
The
sky phenomena
had
shifted.
I
went out running
with
my camera
to
catch the moon
another
crescent paired
beside
it, facing it—
two
pieces of one circle.
That
was like us
two
gleaming beings
revolving
around each other—
when
you fell from orbit
my
heart flickered
and
the blue-white
flash
went off
