Sharing Over Hay
The bales of hay glowed,
Like golden bricks of citrus,
Pulpy tendrils
pseudopaque
In the windy sunlight.
Turn tears to mist,
Turn earth to sun,
Sharing oranges over ground grain,
Is the pearl in money and mud.
