Mr. Messiah / Dr. Pariah
In Carthage, the man in the dollhouse
Looks, jade-faced, at the Moon from
A mellow November, a moon like honeycomb.
Under pink and pearl, in the languor of flowers,
I tire of strawberry leaves.
