Avalanches in the Name of God

Avalanches in the name of God (An abecedarian) - Pascal

Avalanches of pessimism overturning

beatitude in the name of Holy provocation,

creating forbearers of honeyed lies.

Decimals splattered onto the canvas of

Erudite mensches who gather together and

follow herds of black and grey, while playing

guessing games with blackened keys of

hypocrisy. Tenements of wisdom with blotted out

interiors shake pillars of faith, yet hold boldly against

jars of sinful action. Conch shells abandoned by

kindness are used to serve porridge to disenfranchised

lepers in the streets. Catholic serenades stream forth from

misers lips, caressing earlobes of Eros-quelled hearts.

Nascent beliefs form in the minds of former pagans and plant seeds

onto the never ending staircase of episteme. Pregnant with lies, charlatans

preach optimism from their bosoms as they are

quenched seraphim. Turning to God in flocks of thousands, the

rebirth of sensible earth patrons purloin thought from reason and

spit on the chalice of earthly evil. Purposeful revolution forces false

territories into tatters. Piranha bite at the heels of perceived earthly

understanding, sending pseudo kings to their knees and their followers to

vacate their homes. There is but one truth to behold in the darkness of the

world, that no one is born or dies free from the chains of interminable greed and

xenophobic viciousness which comes with the birth of nations.

Your only hope is to find the kingdom of heaven, born from God Himself.

Zealotry in the name of the almighty insures your place in the ever after.
